Papas is now open at the InterContinental Dubai Marina, offering a dining destination that captures the essence of Italian traditions in the heart of Dubai.
Presented by Solutions Group, known for its dynamic dining concepts such as Asia Asia, En Fuego, LSB, The 305 and Ula, Papas embodies the vivacious charm and authentic hospitality characteristic of an Italian soirée.
A destination for all occasions, this neighbourhood eatery exudes a welcoming, unpretentious ambience reminiscent of a classic Italian trattoria. Boasting both indoor and al fresco dining options, the lively bar offers the ideal setting for an aperitivo, accompanied by views of the glittering Marina.
Melding tradition with contemporary flair, Culinary Director and Executive Chef Robert Rathbone has curated a familial feast anchored around family recipes. Featuring classic Italian flavour profiles influenced by seasonal ingredients and modern interpretations of traditional favourites, Papas speaks the language of love through its shareable culinary offerings. Highlights from the menu include the Nduja and Burrata Pizza, Panzanella, Sicilian Cannoli and Veal Ossobuco.
Papas already offers a series of weekly social events. These include a ladies’ night brimming with pizza, pasta, and prosecco, a Friday aperitivo hour to kick off the weekend, and a Saturday brunch featuring limoncello, negronis, and Aperols.
Papas is open from 6pm to midnight from Sunday to Thursday and from 6pm to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
