SUSHISAMBA Dubai is taking daytime dining to new heights!
Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past few months, you’ll likely already know that SUSHISAMBA is the hottest dining destination in town.
With the restaurant’s reservation window currently spanning several weeks, the acclaimed dining destination will be offering diners extra opportunities to nab a seat at the Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian hotspot on the 51st floor of The St. Regis The Palm, Dubai.
Taking place on weekday lunchtimes from 12pm to 3pm, starting from Friday 28 January, the Vivo Business Lunch offers diners a two-course meal that’s ideal for business meetings and social catchups. The SUSHISAMBA business lunch begins with Miso Soup and is followed by the choice of two starters and one main course for just AED 139 per person.
Drawing influence from the culinary traditions created by the Japanese diaspora in Brazil and Peru during the early 20th century, the Vivo Business Lunch menu features a choice of 15 starters, including SAMBA Caesar Salad, Peruvian Corn Salad, Sea Bream Seviche, Chilean Seabass Antichucho, Crispy Tofu Taquitos and Asevichado SAMBA Roll.
Main course choices feature eight of SUSHISAMBA’ signature dishes, such as Black Cod, Australian Angus Beef and the SAMBA Chirasi Sushi, a colourful rice bowl topped with avocado, three varieties of fish, salmon roe and a Japanese omelette.
With a total of 23 dishes to choose from, the SUSHISAMBA Business Lunch menu enables guests to curate their own unique culinary journey while embracing the unique flavours of Japan and South America.
For those dining on weekends, SUSHISAMBA’s à la carte menu will now be available for lunch on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 3pm.
In addition to the great food, beguiling beverages and vivacious vibe, diners can enjoy unobstructed, 360-degree views of the Palm Jumeirah coastline, Arabian Gulf, Ain Dubai and Dubai Marina. So get those reservations in quick!
