The Guild, Dubai’s chic answer to the bustling brasseries of New York, unveils the grand debut of its pièce de résistance: Act III – The Aviary. This sophisticated cocktail bar, complete with a cigar lounge, is poised to become the go-to spot for after-hours revelry, boasting resident DJs, tribal drummers and a world-class beverage programme.
Nestled in DIFC, The Aviary enchants guests with a night-time hideaway where cocktails flow freely, music pulses through the air and timeless design converges to craft an unforgettable experience.
The visionary leadership of Melbourne-born trailblazer and EatX founder, Tom Arnel, in collaboration with London-based architect David Archer, has transformed the space into a glamorous escape reminiscent of art-deco aesthetics. The lush space features rich velvet couches, gold accents and a striking cluster of chandeliers glistening over a grand piano.
With a whisky and cigar lounge alongside a cocktail bar, visitors can indulge in the finest selection of first-class pours. The experienced team, led by Vitor Lourenco, previously of Rosewood London, includes members from acclaimed London establishments Callooh Callay and Coupette, both of which ranked in the Top 10 for World’s 50 Best Bars.
The meticulously crafted menu boasts time-honoured classics like the ‘Classico Negroni’ and the ‘Classico Martini…The Guild Way’. Additionally, guests can explore newly created libations such as ‘Berry with Me’, blending rich Bourbon with Dominque Porter Rosé, or the ‘Bradshaw & The City’, a vodka-based concoction complemented with pineapple soda.
From 8pm until the late hours, Tuesday through Saturday, The Aviary celebrates the essence of nightlife. Resident DJs and tribal drummers, alongside occasional piano sets, keep the vibes alive, transforming the final act from The Guild into a retreat for those seeking a lively and sophisticated atmosphere.
