The world’s first St. Regis Gardens is bursting with culinary options.
Dubai is preparing to open a new culinary and events destination known as St. Regis Gardens. The original concept by The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, will feature five exceptional restaurants: Aretha, Chez Wam, LEÑA – Las Brasas x Dani Garcia, Signor Sassi and Trèsind Studio.
With its open-terrace concept, St. Regis Gardens will transport guests to a space designed to inspire and nurture creativity. Expect meandering pathways adorned with bonsai trees and flora that will guide guests to restaurants.
Taking patrons on a global gastronomy journey, Trèsind Studio, a two-Michelin-starred Indian restaurant, offers diners an exploration of the evolution of Indian cuisine. The tasting menu showcases flavours from the four corners of India, presented with intricate detail and storytelling, creating an unforgettable dining experience.
Chez Wam and Aretha, both operated by the RIKAS Group, continue the elegant culinary journey at St. Regis Gardens. Chez Wam, set to launch by the end of June, will be led by Chef Hadrien Villedieu, promising an exquisite culinary voyage. Additionally, Aretha, a chic restaurant and lounge reminiscent of the Roaring Twenties, will open its doors in September. Visitors can expect regular live entertainment reminiscent of the Jazz Age, complemented by plush seating, gold accents, and sparkling chandeliers.
Another notable addition is Signor Sassi, an Italian restaurant based in London, known for hosting the British Royal Family and celebrities. Signor Sassi’s interior seamlessly blends with the surrounding gardens, offering an authentic indoor and outdoor Italian summer atmosphere, accompanied by a menu to match. Having opened its doors in 1984, Signor Sassi has become an institution in London, with the new venue in Dubai set to launch in September, marking its third location in the Middle East, alongside Riyadh and Doha.
Completing the epicurean lineup, St. Regis Gardens will also welcome LEÑA Las Brasas, a grill house based in Spain by the world-renowned Chef Dani Garcia, in partnership with Addmind Hospitality
Spanning the expansive garden area, these restaurants will offer visitors and residents of the city an extraordinary culinary adventure like never before.
