W Dubai – The Palm’s signature Italian restaurant, Torno Subito, is launching an exclusive tasting menu experience, Massimo’s Friends, with the first edition taking place on Wednesday, 10 November.
Diners can ‘Live La Dolce Vita’ with an Italian dinner carefully curated and hosted by Torno Subito’s Chef De Cuisine and handpicked protégé of Massimo Bottura, Chef Bernardo Paladini, and Two Michelin Star Chef, and the creative mastermind behind San Domenico restaurant, Chef Massimiliano Mascia.
Located at W Dubai – The Palm, the exclusive dinner will see Chef Bernardo and Chef Massimiliano step behind the stove and prepare a six-course, authentic Italian feast of irresistible signature dishes.
The exclusive dining experience starts with Torno Subito’s Welcome From The Kitchen, featuring Piadina bread, smoked eel, cacio e pepe sauce and pickled cabbage, followed by Cocktail Di Gamberi 2.0, with steamed red shrimps, cocktail foam, sea asparagus, lettuce, and black caviar, and then Polpo, featuring roasted Mediterranean octopus, celeriac puree and black cabbage.
The culinary journey continues with Uovo In Raviolo, a creamy ricotta and spinach ravioli dish with egg yolk and black truffle, Risotto Carciofi E Animelle, with artichoke, sweetbreads, and veal juice and Guancia, a tender slow-cooked veal cheek, served with polenta, fossa cheese and balsamic sauce. Finally, for the sweetest of endings, Sottobosco, will hit just the spot, featuring pumpkin, mushrooms, truffles, chocolate, and vanilla.
The six-course menu curated by Chef Bernardo and Chef Massimiliano is available on Wednesday 10 November, from 8pm. AED 549 per person (food only).
