URLA is now open on the Fountain Level at the Address Downtown Dubai Hotel, inviting guests to discover a piece of Aegean paradise.
The new venue captures the feeling of summer across the coastal routes of Spain, Greece and the West of Turkey. With close-up views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountains, watch as the sun sinks in the sky and the city comes to life.
Named after the town of URLA, a gastronomical corner on the West Coast of Turkey, the restaurant’s culinary roots celebrate the best of Aegean cuisine. URLA invites diners to discover a menu bursting with fresh produce from both land and sea, with a fresh take on traditional sharing dishes divided into ‘Share the Sea’ and ‘Share the Mountain’.
Settle into the evening with an exquisite platter of fresh Oysters or savour a Seabass Ceviche, served with crispy sweet potato, cancha corns and tiger’s milk. For Caviar lovers, enjoy a slice of toasted, buttery brioche topped with the world’s leading caviar. Then, moving through the menu to the main sea-inspired dishes, guests can indulge in a gourmet Lobster Confit with sautéed greens and baby potatoes as well as the Monkfish Skewer complemented with Padrόn peppers and garlic chips.
‘Share the Mountain’ dishes start with URLA’s Meze Plates, which are six delicious Aegean mezzes, or URLA’s signature Beef Carpaccio, infused with rosemary smoke and decorated with figs, pine nuts and apricot jam. The Braised Beef Rib is served with silky Orzo pasta and seasonal wild mushrooms, while USDA Prime Tenderloin is accompanied by pan-seared foie gras, caramelised onions and a rich truffle sauce, or explore URLA’s traditional roots with the Tulum Cheese Erişte, homemade Turkish pasta with crushed walnuts. To end the evening on a sweet note, sink a spoon into a delicate Pineapple Catalan Brûlée or Golden Torrija, a soft bread immersed in cinnamon and milk, decorated with gold flakes and served with a creamy vanilla ice-cream.
Toast to the sunset in Dubai exploring one of the most extensive grape cellars that the city has to offer, all of which have been handpicked by URLA’s sommelier. Sip on artisanal craft beverages decorated with edible flowers and fruit from the Aegean territory, such as fresh peaches and pomegranate.

The venue’s design has been built around the concept of a coastline, the arc of the terrace paying homage to the curve of a sunset, while the surrounding colours and textures explore the myriad of summer season grapes, from soft blush hues to deep cabernet, all of which are complemented by the chic marble floor. The central bar embraces a statement olive tree illuminated throughout the evening, adding even more sparkle and glamour to the Aegean-inspired venue.
