Dubai’s latest dining destination combines European culinary creativity with enchanting views of the city skyline and Arabian Gulf.
Dubai has a chic new beachside destination on Palm Jumeirah following the recent opening of Villamore at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah.
Open daily for lunch and dinner, the 225-seat Villamore offers a relaxed beachfront dining experience combined with spectacular views of the city skyline.
The restaurant, with its dining room, breezy terrace, rooftop, patio and bar area, presents diners with a Mediterranean-inspired menu prepared by Chef Silvio Carro. As the sun sets over the Arabian Gulf, the tapas-based lunch offering evolves into an elevated evening affair. The dinner menu offers fresh takes on classic Mediterranean dishes. Highlights include Pappardelle Ripiena, a dish inspired by Chef Silvio’s childhood memories of his grandmother’s exceptionally mastered fresh pasta; Ajo Blanco, a cold soup enhanced with a mix of Mediterranean flavours; and Black Angus Beef with Foie Gras and Crispy Onion, a nod to Chef Carro’s culinary mentors in Barcelona.
“It gives me immense pride to see all our hard work come to life with the launch of Villamore,” said Chef Silvio. “I’ve always loved experimenting with classic Mediterranean cuisine, and every dish is brought to life by unique preparation and modernistic presentation.”
Following the Holy Month of Ramadan, Villamore will announce a programme of live entertainment and whispers plans of further activations throughout summer.
