The airport-themed brunch allows diners to escape on a weekend vacation, with departures taking place every Saturday at 12:30pm with a flight (brunch) time of three hours and thirty minutes.
It’s a novel approach to brunching that offers brunch-goers in the capital the perfect opportunity for travel-themed fun and frivolity. An expensive culinary offering is spread across a vast buffet selection, complemented by live cooking stations. Expect Japanese sushi, Indonesian satay, Indian favourites and a hearty British roast to keep you fuelled. Those with a sweet tooth will certainly enjoy the selection of cakes, macarons and decadent desserts.

Inflight entertainment can be found in the form of miniature bar games and a soundtrack of the hottest tracks and old-school classics from DJ Fonie. Kuzbara’s team of flight attendants are also on hand to ensure your cups are never empty and that there is a dish to stamp every page of your foodie passport.
