The Pods at Bluewaters Dubai will offer a private dining experience featuring re-imagined Asian classics and skyline views.
The Pods join Alici, Clay, Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen Dubai and SHI as the newest member of the Bluewaters Dubai fine-dining landscape.
Expected to open on Sunday 1 May, The Pods look set to transform the notion of luxury dining in Dubai with the introduction of 22 private pods of varying sizes for an intimate and socially distanced dining experience. With a total capacity for 168 diners, these unique and personalised pods offer a unique dining experience that cannot be found elsewhere in the city.
The restaurant and bar will serve an exquisite fusion of Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine accentuated with a deft modern touch. The menu of Pan-Asian dishes includes rock lobsters with truffle, Korean chicken bao, an assortment of maki rolls, nigiri and sashimi, dim sums, gyozas, Thai green curry, Burmese khow suey, Sichuan beef, miso ramen, laksa and pad Thai.
Bringing the inside outdoors, each of the air-conditioned private pods feature lush decor, an abundance of greenery, a large central table and rounded plush sofas. Attention to detail is a priority, with private service appointed to each pod, ensuring that no guest leaves unsatisfied.
Inside the restaurant space, an ambient atmosphere takes hold with stylish black interiors contrasted with canopies of flowing foliage and curved light fittings to add radiance to the venue.
