25hours Hotel One Central launches its very first brunch.
Last month we introduced you to Tandoor Tina, a new fusion restaurant at the funky 25hours Hotel One Central, putting an unxexpected British twist on Indian cuisine.
The playful offspring of London hotspot Tandoor Chop House offers diners a culinary experience rooted in open-fire cooking. But, not content with providing just an a la carte menu and bountiful business lunch, the restaurant has launched Tina’s Thali Brunch.
The Saturday afternoon offering is whimsical, entertaining and a feast for the senses! Brunch begins with large thalis filled with snacks, starters and dips. Expect a mix of chaats, including the signature Coronation chicken chaat caesar salad, fried poppadoms, gunpowder fish and butter chicken naan accompanied by a selection of dips and chutneys ranging from lime mayo to a smoked paprika sauce.
For the mains course, brunch-goers can select from a Black Angus beef or chicken tikka, shepherd or cottage pies the Tandoor Tina way, wild mushroom or shrimp baked rice. All are served with appealing sides, including creamy dahl, buttery naan and Bombay jersey royals.
Ending on a sweet note, the Tandoor Tina Brunch culminates with a giant naan filled with sweet toppings of your choice. And with a beverage menu featuring signature juniper and tonic drinks alongside house pours, the vibrant venue caters to an array of audiences.
Relax amidst the striking interiors inspired by both regal Rajasthan and British quirk and tradition. Here, the space is awash with Jaipur pink accents, floral ceramics, pastel hues, exotic plants and soft furnishings, with pastel-plastered walls contrasting against the sharp and intricate outlines and vibrantly patterned upholstery.
The quirky brunch will become known for its experimental twists on Indian food, signature G&Ts, punch bowls and a soundtrack of 80s and 90s British from the resident DJ.
Tina’s Thali Brunch is available on Saturdays, from 1pm to 4pm. Prices from AED 300 (soft beverages), AED 400 (house beverages) and AED 500 (premium beverages).
