Bar du Port is officially open at Dubai’s newest waterfront destination.
Bringing a stylish slice of the Mediterranean to Dubai Harbour, Bar du Port is one of the first restaurants to open on the luxurious new waterfront development.
Combining the relaxed charm of the Ligurian Riviera with the glamour and playfulness of the Côte d’Azur and the subtle simplicity of the Greek islands, this bar and brasserie exude an aura of sophisticated comfort through bohemian décor that defines understated luxury.
The earthy tones of the dining room are complemented with raw timber and natural materials, while statement lighting adds an instant wow factor to the space. Outside, a spacious terrace with beautiful views of the new Dubai Harbour provides the feeling of being transported to the shores of an enchanting Mediterranean island.
Executive Chef Hadi Saroufim’s menu features French-influenced cuisine and alluring Mediterranean coastal flavours. Signature dishes include the escargots, oysters, langoustine linguine, wood-grilled octopus, slow-cooked grain-fed Angus short ribs and pain perdu with caramel sauce.
The cocktail menu exhibits inventive cocktails with intriguing flavour profiles, including the imaginatively named and rather playful Go Fish, Sailor’s Tears and Collector’s Item.
