With a carefully curated cocktail menu, the beverage offering of 53 is a masterpiece created by Erion Bardochi, a mixology artist behind The Artesian in London and The Arts Club in Dubai. The 53-cocktail menu features cocktails that embrace numerology, wholesomeness, and purpose. Taking a playful approach, guests can order the menu by selecting each cocktail based on their personal taste and numerology knowledge. The cocktail menu has been created with organic produce and a zero-waste philosophy to play its part in sustainability.
