The newly-launched “Pardon My Brunch” offers diners in the capital a winning combination of beguiling beverages, cuisine from across the British Isles and enjoyable entertainment. Here, the British atmosphere is amplified by staff uniforms resembling the Royal Horse Guards, in addition to plenty of playful props and Insta-worthy photo opportunities.
A live band provides the entertainment, while guests tuck into light bites such as octopus carpaccio, beef cecina and premium cold cuts from a lavish buffet inspired by London’s landmarks and neighbourhoods.
The main course offers the best of British with classic beef, salmon, and lamb Wellingtons, plus brunch favourites such as the signature “Four-Minute Egg” and the “Breakfast en Bread” sandwich made with egg, cheese, smoky bacon, and asparagus on artisan sourdough bread. In addition to classic British dishes like shepherd’s pie, bangers and mash, and fish and chips, diners can expect an array of international options such as pizza, pasta, chicken tikka masala, lamb koftas, and sushi.
To finish, the “King of the Dessert” station offers a spread of cakes, desserts, and sweets, including traditional treats like Bakewell tart, jam roly poly, Dorset apple cake, Eton mess and knickerbocker glory sundaes.
