The new beach club and restaurant is all about embracing the Mediterranean way of life.
It was only a matter of time until a beach club inspired by the Grecian summer made its way to Palm Jumeirah – and now it has. Officially open, Kyma Beach Dubai pairs the effortless sophistication of Mediterranean coastal dining with laidback island vibes and a touch of luxury, resulting in a venue where serious foodies and the fun-loving crowd are equally welcome. And because of its location at the far end of Palm West Beach, gorgeous views of Dubai Marina and the Arabian Gulf are a given.
Incidentally, Kyma is the brainchild of the award-winning RIKAS Hospitality Group – best known for the likes of La Cantine du Faubourg, Ninive, Mimi Kakushi, and Twiggy by La Cantine – and created in collaboration with The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. And because the concept draws inspiration from the authenticity of Greek life, guests can expect a focus on enjoyment partnered with a focus on connecting body, mind, and soul. Playing on all the senses, the chic and understated setting promises to provide a reprieve from the outside world.
Those seeking refined fare can indulge in the trendy restaurant side, where a renewed take on all-time favourites awaits. Gilles Bosquet, the corporate chef at RIKAS Hospitality Group, designed the menu to incorporate traditional Greek tastes with a crisp Mediterranean influence – from taramosalata and tyrokafteri to truffled seabream, cheese saganaki, and loukoumades for dessert, it’s all here. Elsewhere, the fun-loving crowd looking for a little buzz on the sand can soak up the sun’s rays while perching on the beachside sunbeds. The pool is open daily from 10am to 8pm, while the restaurant operates daily from noon to 2am.
