Japanese, Peruvian and Brazilian flavours are now available on Saturday afternoons in Abu Dhabi.
Craving an elevated dining experience before the sun sets? Calling on the vibrant, spicy, delicate and umami flavours of Japan, Peru and Brazil, SUSHISAMBA is now setting the tone for your weekend with its new Saturday lunch service. Available at the waterfront Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, SUSHISAMBA’s new lunchtime menu will be available from 26 April, with diners welcomed from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm each Saturday.
SUSHISAMBA already serves a weekend lunch at its location at the St Regis hotel in Dubai and is now extending that deliciousness to Abu Dhabi. The Saturday menu is brimming with mouthwatering choices which can be enjoyed in both the indoor dining room and on the al fresco patio.
The Saturday lunch menu is packed with iconic SUSHISAMBA favourites, including the signature SAMBA Seviche platter, black cod prepared on the Robata grill, and Wagyu Dhabi Roll. The menu of course also features the venue’s staple classic rolls, alongside super fresh Nagiri and Sashimi selections, all prepared from the highest quality Japanese seafood.
Bringing a Latin vibe to the menu, guests can also enjoy shatteringly crisp Yellowtail Taquitos, while Japan is again represented in the Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Gyoza.
Desert is pure indulgence with guests invited to sink their teeth into the cloudlike Japanese Doughnut Andagi, tangy Yuzu Cheesecake, and luscious Chocolate Banana Cake.
