The popular supper club has now become a fully-fledged restaurant.
While there is no shortage of supper clubs in Dubai, Hawkerboi gained momentum during the early days of the pandemic, thanks to the mystery surrounding the secret chef. Is it someone already known to the industry, a celebrity, or perhaps an unknown? Only a few people know the true identity of Hawkerboi, and they are keeping well and truly shtum,
Originally hosted at a series of secret locations throughout Dubai, Hawkerboi’s experimental menu of South East Asian cuisine will be available for all in The Park at Jumeriah Lake Towers’ from Wednesday, 26 April. Spread across three levels, The Park complex is also home to casual eateries Splendour Fields, Frankie’s, and the new Hawkerboi Restaurant.

The new Hawkerboi Restaurant, designed by GCC Interiors, includes indoor and outdoor eating areas in addition to a bar. Hawkerboi is famed for his hawker-style food, which uses open-fire cooking. A sneak peek at the menu reveals a crispy beef salad and the famous soft-shell crab doughnuts. We also hope that the supper club favourites, the Singaporean seafood tower, 24hr Wagyu short rib and flame thrower duck, make an appearance.

For the uninitiated, hawker centres house a collection of street food stalls and are most commonly found in Singapore and Hong Kong.
