Alexander Orlov, the restaurateur and founder of Bulldozer Group, has launched a new restaurant concept called MIYA Dubai. Situated on Bluewaters Island, the restaurant draws inspiration from the glitz and glamour of Mykonos whilst capturing the essence of the sunny Cycladic Island by combining Greek hospitality with an unparalleled flair for flavour.
The menu at MIYA Dubai showcases an array of traditional Greek dishes with a strong emphasis on Mediterranean favourites. Each dish is carefully crafted, and whilst the flavours are rooted in classic Greek cuisine, the dishes are given a contemporary twist, resulting in a culinary experience that feels both familiar and refreshing. Some of the highlight dishes include Beef Tartare with Black Truffle, Roasted Octopus with Hummus and Salsa Verde, Kebab with Eggplant and Chickpea Popcorn, Feta Saganaki with Tomato Marmalade, Greek Yogurt with Lukumades, and Baked Pepper with Tuna Tartare and Tonnato Sauce.
MIYA has an exceptional dessert selection for those with a sweet tooth. Elsewhere, the bar menu offers a wide range of refreshing cocktails and mocktails to satisfy any palate. Guests can also indulge in traditional Greek grapes while enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
