Brunch is never an ordinary affair at Ray’s Grill — the sky-high steakhouse has won legions of fans thanks to its prime cuts and city views. Now, recently added to The MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi, Ray’s Grill is gearing up to launch a new brunch that will redefine weekend indulgence as we know it: the Steak-it-Easy Saturday Brunch.
Perched on the 63rd floor of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, this premium steakhouse has curated an offering true to what it does best — quality produce and premium cuts of meats from American grain-fed cattle complemented by downright striking views of the city skyline and Arabian Gulf thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. Taking place every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm, the new Steak-it-Easy brunch will make its debut on 24 February.
We’re told that the brunch spectacle will begin with a trio of delectable starters: Ray’s House Salad, Chicken Caesar Salad and – the pièce de résistance – the Crab Cakes. The culinary odyssey continues with the star of the show, the Prime Rib Eye, served alongside proper Yorkshire Puddings to ensure an unparalleled dining experience. The adventure doesn’t stop there, though.
Ray’s Grill invites brunchgoers to savour its popular Pan-Seared Fillet of Seabass and Marinated Shrimp, complemented by an array of sides ranging from the comforting embrace of mac and cheese to the indulgent allure of truffle mash. As for the grand finale? The sweet crescendo of both the famous Apple Crumble and the timeless appeal of the classic New York Cheesecake will set the scene.
