Running for eight weeks, Brunch City will bring together the best of six distinct dining venues for just AED 199 per person.
Brunch with a novelty factor is always welcome on our shores — acrobats, rotating themes, pool access, complimentary pony rides, and even Mr Whippy ice cream machines ensure that this Dubai institution never feels stale. Now, Expo City Dubai has upped the ante, launching a one-of-a-kind mega brunch that invites guests to enjoy six F&B outlets in one day: Brunch City.
Running every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm for eight weeks, it will kick off on 20 April and elevate brunch with an upbeat fusion of feasting, free-flowing beverages, and live entertainment. Between homegrown brands, first-to-market concepts, and restaurants by world-famous chefs – all packaged into one lively brunch – diners are in for the chance to sample the best of Expo City Dubai’s dining offerings. And with live DJs and musicians setting a unique atmosphere in each of the venues, together with roaming magicians and entertainment throughout, guests are encouraged to celebrate even the most ordinary of Saturdays as they sample specialities from every corner of the globe.

Created by James Beard Award-winning chef Alexander Smalls, Alkebulan entices diners to explore African culture, while those in the mood for American-style comfort food can find solace in the towering smash burgers and sandos at Philly Jawn by Ghostburger. Authentic Indian street food is thrown into the mix with Gup & Shup, a new concept by culinary expert Rohit Ghai, while Assembly Mezze & Skewers sees Chef Athanasios Kargatzidis – the mastermind behind Lebanon’s much-lauded Baron – showcasing Eastern Mediterranean dishes centred around the art of charcoal grilling.
Guests looking for a laidback, international experience can kick back in neighbourhood haunt The Daily at Rove Expo City, where the extensive line-up includes healthy salads, fiery tacos, traditional pastas, and freshly baked flatbreads. Vegans, meanwhile, will be in their element with the impressive choice of entirely plant-based brunch options at PXB Rooftop. Served on the outdoor terrace and overlooking the pavilions of Expo City Dubai, each dish is crafted from sustainable, locally sourced ingredients thanks to an innovative menu curated by vegan entrepreneur and global sustainability advocate, Loui Blake.

While brunch packages are priced from AED 199, ladies, teachers and cabin crew will pay only AED 149. Brunchgoers can add AED 49 to upgrade to premium bubbles and bottles, and kids aged between five and 12 years can dine for AED 49. But there’s more. The weekly afterparty in the Mobility District will see a revolving schedule of special guest hosts and DJs – Dane Bowers, Alex Simmons, and Dany Neville included – keep the upbeat vibe alive, together with a wide choice of cocktails for just AED 25.
