Expect theatrical gastronomy at the newly-opened TABU.
If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit the new Japanese restaurant and lounge, TABU at St. Regis Downtown Dubai, then we have the perfect excuse for you.
The venue, known for blending avant-garde dining with live performances will launch a new brunch this weekend. The Nōh Drama Brunch promises guests an experiential afternoon featuring roaming performers, impressive live entertainment, a menu of Japanese cuisine, and free-flowing beverages.

Here, diners will be served sharing starters, including a specially curated nigiri platter, spicy tuna tartare maki, asparagus tempura maki, black cod croquettes, chicken kasena and portobello anticucho. Guests can then choose one main dish to feast on from a menu of spicy miso baby chicken, sea bass miso panca and ishiyaki mushroom. The feast ends with a selection of desserts from Chef Roberto Segura.
While guests indulge in the skilfully plated dishes and refreshing beverages, enigmatic performers – such as Sumo wrestlers and geisha – will roam the venue to add a hint of wonder to proceedings. Adding to the atmosphere, brunch guests will also be treated to performances by a live percussionist.

The Nōh Drama Brunch is available on Saturdays, from 12:30pm to 4pm. AED 390 (soft beverages), AED 490 (house beverages) and AED 690 (Champagne).
