Grosvenor House Dubai has introduced Bushra by Buddha-Bar to its collection of signature restaurants,
Meaning “Good Omen, Good News” in Arabic, Bushra is a new concept from Buddha-Bar group that presents a Levantine menu curated by celebrity chef Greg Malouf.
Inspired by literature, music and the visual arts from the 19th century, the new venue combines intrinsic elements of Arabian heritage into a multi-faceted restaurant and bar that blends colours, textures, designs and sounds to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
Bushra is now open for dinner seven nights a week, where diners can delve into Chef Greg Malouf’s menu, presenting the art of mezza through dynamic sharing platters rich in Levantine flavours.
Complementing the tastes of the Bushra menu is an extensive beverage selection that revolves around a colourful and scented array of Levantine ingredients. Drinks are enriched with traditional spices such as sumac, nutmeg and hibiscus that will transport guests to the enchanting alleys of the spice souk.
Elevating the energy of the exhilarating ambience are the resident DJs that play unique mixes of hedonistic music in combination with artful and subtle compilations. In addition, live performances featuring traditional instruments will subtly integrate into the restaurant’s ambience.
With an enviable location in the heart of Dubai Marina, fitted out with a unique indoor to outdoor design, Bushra joins two other Buddha-Bar established restaurants at Grosvenor House Dubai; Buddha-Bar Dubai and Siddharta-Lounge by Buddha Bar.
