Serving Greek-Mediterranean fusion cuisine, the rooftop restaurant is located at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah.
Between Almaro Café, Black Flamingo, and Esco-bar, Latin vibes and flavours are always flowing at Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah. It’s rather fitting, too. With the property located on Palm West Beach, complete with beach access and an outdoor pool, a party-like feel is always in the air. Now, a swankier dining outlet is in the works, and it’s set to debut on 27 January: Ilios.
Rooted in Greek-Mediterranean fusion cuisine, the contemporary restaurant will reside on the roof of Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah. We’re told that, as a concept, Ilios is designed to offer a unique blend of Greek culture and gastronomy, promising a dining experience that goes beyond the ordinary. At the core of its philosophy is a commitment to culinary excellence. The team will skilfully bring together premium ingredients in both hot and cold dishes, emphasising the art of presentation to create an authentic, yet luxurious gastronomic experience.

Ilios prides itself on delivering Greek flavours, inspired by the vibrant streets of Athens and the serene beauty of Mykonos. The rooftop restaurant will serve lunch and dinner in a chic and stylish setting, with evenings complemented by spirited entertainment, traditional Greek celebrations, and interactive experiences — the beloved tradition of smashing plates included.
And with its location atop the property, 360-degree views of Dubai are a given. Embodying the spirit of Greek dining, the menu at Ilios will feature both traditional dishes and meze offerings, with details on the launch of its Saturday Brunch – Santorini Sessions – expected shortly. Elsewhere, steakhouse Leña, casual Italian eatery Limonata, and a new outpost of Asia Asia are also new additions to Palm Jumeirah’s growing dining scene.
