In a move that is set to redefine Dubai’s culinary landscape, acclaimed Spanish chef Dani García has officially unveiled his latest masterpiece – Leña – and soon-to-open Smoked Room. Situated atop The St. Regis Gardens in the Palm Tower on Palm Jumeirah, the two distinct dining destinations bring a fusion of elegance, innovation and the essence of smoke-infused cuisine to the city’s thriving food scene.
Leña: The Stylish Steakhouse with a Mediterranean Twist
Leña, a haute steakhouse born in Marbella and the third jewel in Garcia’s global culinary crown, is poised to be a hotspot for food connoisseurs in Dubai. Blending the versatility of grill-style cooking with flavours from Andalusia and Chef Dani’s worldwide travels, Leña promises to redefine charcoal-grilled cuisine. The restaurant boasts a spacious indoor dining area for 150 patrons, a chic bar and lounge, and a terrace with seating for 125, offering scenic views of Palm Jumeirah.
Under the culinary direction of Chef Mario Martínez, the menu showcases a symphony of flavours, from the smoky baba ganoush Leña-style to the exquisite robata yaki options featuring chicken, Chilean sea bass, and more. Meat enthusiasts can indulge in a selection of premium cuts, including the iconic Dani’s Burger, while seafood lovers can savour oven-baked Andalusian tuna and grilled king crab.
