Trèsind Studio continues to pave the way for culinary collaborations in Dubai.
Having started the year with four guest collaborations featuring Michelin Star restaurants, Trèsind Studio is set to present another unique culinary experience for foodies in Dubai.
Chefs Himanshu Saini of Trèsind Studio and Bernardo Paladini of Torno Subito at W Dubai – The Palm will join forces for a one-night-only collaborative dinner on Saturday, 18 September 2021. Diners will be treated to a selection of brand new dishes from Saini and Paladini, plus twists on recent Trèsind Studio favourites.
Making his way up through the competitive Italian food landscape, Chef Bernardo did a three-year stint in Acquolina, a 1 Michelin starred restaurant in Rome, before arriving at acclaimed restaurant Osteria Francescana. Working under chef Massimo Bottura, Bernardo became his protégé and has had the opportunity to work at Franceschetta58 (known as the little sister of Osteria Francescana) and Gucci Osteria in Florence. The journey has now brought him to lead Massimo Bottura’s only venue outside of Italy, Torno Subito.
Trèsind Studio is renowned for providing diners with an immersive and intimate journey into modernist Indian cuisine. Chef Himanshu Saini and his team of dynamic chef’s craft seasonal tasting menus, with creative dishes inspired by everything from Frank Sinatra to lockdown banana bread.
This year has already seen Trèsind Studio collaborate with Ana Roš of Hiša Franko in Slovenia, Riccardo Camanini from Italy’s Lido 84, Chef Manoella Buffara of Manu, and Christophe Hardiquest of the 2 Michelin starred Bon Bon.

The culinary collaboration will occur on Saturday 18 September, with sittings at 6:30pm and 9:30pm. AED 595 per person (food only).
