Since 1927, Caviar Kaspia has been a symbol of “art de vivre” and a Parisian institution that has stood the test of time. Located in Place de la Madeleine in Paris, with its Tsar-era Russian luxe and chic French décor, Caviar Kaspia has hosted an exciting mix of guests, including Beyoncé, JAY-Z, Rihanna and the Kardashians.
The Kaspia lifestyle experience has been available to diners in Dubai’s trendy DIFC since September, but the venue is kicking off the summer season with the launch of a weekend brunch.
Putting a cosmopolitan spin on petit déjeuner, diners can savour four courses of French delicacies whilst sipping on refreshing cocktails and enjoying tunes from Kaspia’s resident DJ.
The Caviar Kaspia brunch begins with freshly baked viennoiseries served with French beurre and an exquisite selection of jams, followed by Kaspia’s signature beef carpaccio, delicately fried chicken and the delicious Piroshki – hearty minced beef buns.
Select eggs cooked to your preference, including scrambled eggs, eggs á la coque, eggs Benedict, or mimosa eggs served either with Oscietra caviar or smoked salmon.
Diners can select one of Kaspia’s signature savoury dishes for the main event, including stuffed croissants or buckwheat risotto, accompanied by a side salad or French fries.
Brunch culminates on a sweet note with Kaspia’s famous desserts. Think pain perdu served with wild berries and whipped mascarpone, rosewater milk cake with almonds and rose petals or a stack of fluffy pancakes with dulce de leche and caramelized banana.
Guests also have the option to dine a la carte during brunch hours. Caviar Kaspia’s classic menu has new additions such as prawn risotto, Bottarga burrata and beetroot carpaccio. Make the experience a true family affair; children aged six and above are welcome to join the festivities in the downstairs dining room.
The Caviar Kaspia Brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays, from 12pm to 4pm. AED 375 per person (including one hot beverage and one alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage.)
