The cool culinary concept is the brainchild of chef Dabiz Muñoz.
Despite the dynamism that permeates Dubai’s dining scene, it’s not every day that “the world’s best chef” launches a concept in Dubai, making the recent arrival of StreetXO at One&Only One Za’abeel noteworthy. The cool culinary venture from chef Dabiz Muñoz blends audacious creativity with unbridled energy in every dish and design detail, and the restaurant is now launching a brunch.
For context, Muñoz has been recognised by The Best Chef Awards as the world’s best chef for three consecutive years. Closer to home, he brings his irreverent style and trailblazing culinary finesse to the heart of Dubai. At the new StreetXOland Brunch, guests embark on a hedonistic adventure through Muñoz’s world of unrestrained culinary innovation, inspired by the vibrant street culture of the world’s most energetic cities.

Here, the brunch menu is a testament to his boundary-pushing approach, featuring signature dishes such as the Pekinese Dumplings (made with crispy duck skin), Saam Cheeseburger, Sweet & Sour Hamachi Tiradito, Taco de Pulpo, and Wagyu Croquetas. Come desserts, you can expect the likes of Churros Con Chocolate and Fluido, a white chocolate and egg yolk lava cake served with Tom Kha ice cream and coconut crumble. Each dish, we’re told, is a fusion of global flavours and techniques designed to challenge and delight the palate.
Along those lines, StreetXO’s signature beverages complement the brunch, including the ever-popular Spanish Sangría alongside traditional StreetXO wineskins, which will flow with rich red wine, perfect for sharing and enhancing the celebratory atmosphere.
StreetXOland Brunch’s vibrant, dynamic approach to brunch, complete with animated staff, an incredible atmosphere, and entertainment, is set to become the ultimate weekend destination for brunch-goers seeking a thrilling culinary adventure.

A meal created by Muñoz is always a high-octane dining experience full of surprises, and the interiors at StreetXO reflect that. Guests arrive at the restaurant through a tunnel, setting the scene for the visually arresting feast that awaits them. The bar, covered in lava lamps and labyrinthine metal pipes holding glasses and bottles – along with other quirky touchpoints throughout – adds an element that’s fun and dramatic. This circus-like “organised chaos” continues into the main dining space with suspended tables and Jean-Paul Gaultier upholstery.
The StreetXOland Brunch is available on Saturdays from 1pm to 4pm. AED 444 (soft beverages), AED 555 (house beverages) and AED 777 (bubbles).
