Common Grounds has officially opened on Kite Beach. So, we had to check it out.
The latest EatX cafe is located on Nessnass Beach, a popular spot for strolls along the Dubai shoreline. The striking exterior has been designed in collaboration with Dubai-based artist Sam Wainwright – otherwise known as Fink.
The Common Grounds menu at Kite Beach showcases the cafe’s signature dishes, ranging from nutritious to indulgent options. Ideal for those hitting Kite Beach for a run or workout, it highlights dishes like their famous Avocado Toast, Acai Bowl, and Signature French Toast. For lunch, there are wraps and bowls, notably the Sesame Seared Tuna Bowl and Chicken and Avocado Wrap.
For those in need of a caffeine fix, Common Grounds serves up coffee varieties from Dubai’s Encounter Coffee Roasters. A special treat at the Kite Beach spot is the Nessnass Shake, a lively blend of iced matcha in blue and green, oat milk, maple, strawberry, and condensed milk. Additionally, there’s the Nessnass Yuzu, a refreshing concoction of yuzu, pineapple, mint, pink pitaya, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. (This is the one for your Instagram feeds)

When you arrive at Kite Beach you won’t miss Common Grounds due to the striking design, created by Dubai-based street artist Fink. His latest artwork showcases a mural that repurposes fire extinguishers to create a truly unique work of art. The mural draws inspiration from the picturesque beach it calls home.
EatX Founder and MD, Tom Arnel comments: “In keeping with the Australian beachside culture: Common Grounds represents healthy eating from juices, smoothies and all-day breakfasts, right on the beach in the heart of Jumeirah, we are excited to have this offering for the Kite Beach community.”
