The one-night-only event takes place at One&Only One Za’abeel.
The Link at One Za’abeel is set to host one of 2024’s most unforgettable culinary events, the Infinity Dinner. On 3 July, the night before One&Only One Za’abeel hosts the third edition of the Michelin Guide Dubai, the hidden Infinity Room will transform into a gastronomic haven. Here, only twenty guests can witness five culinary maestros craft a memorable six-course meal.
An incredible feat of engineering and a landmark of Dubai’s skyline, The Link is the world’s longest cantilever, perched between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. The Infinity Dinner will be held in a dining room with a glass floor, suspended at one end of the cantilever, 100 meters above Dubai. It will feature flavour-packed concepts by globally renowned chefs, who will personally plate their culinary masterpieces.
The star-studded lineup includes Anne-Sophie Pic, the most Michelin-decorated female chef in the world; Paco Morales, who earned three Michelin stars for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine at Noor; Tetsuya Wakuda, known for his flair in combining Japanese ingredients with French techniques; dynamic duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, representing Thai culinary heritage and eco-gastronomy; and Mehmet Gürs, renowned for his groundbreaking approach to Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines. A dish from World’s Best Chef three years in a row, Dabiz Muñoz, the mastermind behind the eccentric street food-inspired morsels at StreetXO, will also be featured.
The evening promises to be a sensory feast, beginning with a welcome drink at The Link’s destination bar, Sphere. Here, guests will enjoy canapés and a DJ performance, setting the tone for an enchanting evening in the Infinity Room. Dedicated hosts will guide diners to a special table, where they will be treated to an immersive, multi-course dining experience, with each course masterfully finished tableside by the chefs. Live entertainment and special gifts from The Link will elevate each course of this AED 15,000-per-head dining experience.
