Chefs Hadrien Villedieu and Reif Othman will join forces for the inaugural instalment of Chef Hadrien’s Coolabs.
The appeal of chef collaborations will never fade, particularly when the sharing of ideas and techniques among chefs of different cultures results in something entirely unexpected. Enter: Chef Hadrien’s Coolabs at Chez Wam in — St Regis Gardens. “A cooler version of a chef collab,” as they call it, this exciting new series will see Chef Hadrien Villedieu of Chez Wam join forces with Chef Reif Othman of TERO, Reif Kushiyaki, and Hoe Lee Kow fame for its inaugural edition.
Together, they will headline an exclusive four-hands dinner at TERO’s intimate 12-seater chef’s table for two nights only: 6 and 7 June. We’re told that the two talents will showcase their culinary chops and collaborative spirit in a fun and collaborative way. Priced at AED 888 per person, the event will feature two seatings per day, 6pm and 9pm, presenting guests with an extraordinary eight-course tasting menu curated by the dynamic duo.
Both Villedieu and Othman will contribute four courses each. Incidentally, the weight of both names alone translated to seats being sold out within the first three hours, leading to the team extending the collaboration to two evenings instead of one. “This dinner is all about celebrating culinary creativity and camaraderie,” says Othman. “We’re bringing together the best of our own worlds to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.”
Hadrien echoes this sentiment, stating, “It’s a fusion of flavours, styles, and personalities. Reif and I have known each other for a long time, and it’s great to be back here at TERO for another enjoyable evening, with great food, friends cooking and a whole lot of fun.”
“This isn’t your average dinner. It’s about two cool chefs bringing their A-game to the table,” adds Othman. “We’re all about good vibes, great food, and a damn good time.”
